It came with enough time for me to get it custom framed and acid free matted for Father's Day. It brought tears to his eyes
as he unwrapped the gift.

I found Darla on the internet and sent her a photo of my six month old daughter
in order to have a portrait completed for my husband's first Father's Day. Darla was kind enough to put a "rush" on the order
so I could take it home to Michigan with us while visiting family.
I immediately loved the portrait! She truly captured the light in my daughter's
eyes and the sweetness of her smile. I was too excited to wait and gave it to my husband that night. He loved it as well and
delighted in showing off his gift to all our relatives.

I contacted Darla Dixon to help me come up
with a graphic for my new book, Krack'd Pot Moms. Darla took the time to truly understand what I wanted and sent a
few rough sketches to get my approval. I tweaked those drafts with my comments and Darla went right back to work.
The final result was "exactly" what I had in my head, and what would have come out on paper, had I been able to "draw!"
